Memphis Guest HouseMemphis Guest House

Hidden behind the trees, the Memphis Guest House is truly a rustic retreat with its porches and windows overlooking the beautiful natural surroundings. This building offers a conference room with seating for up to 100 people and is complete with restrooms and audiovisual capabilities. The downstairs features eight guest rooms, each with a queen bed, set of bunk beds, and private bath, making them ideal for individuals, couples, or families. One room is handicap accessible.

Retreat Center LodgeLodge

The Hall Lodge sits proudly atop a hill overlooking scenic Lake Anne. The Lodge’s dining hall can accommodate dining and meeting groups of up to 200 and offers audiovisual technology. The dining hall’s wooden walls and plenteous windows overlooking the lake and surrounding scenery make it a desirable room for many occasions, including weddings, receptions, banquets, and worship services. Restrooms are also available.

The Lodge Lobby is a smaller room decorated with the same theme as the Lodge dining room. This room has a fireplace and windows with a beautiful view overlooking the lake. It's a great room for smaller meetings and groups.

The Lodge is also equipped with a commercial kitchen where we carefully prepare meals for groups requesting food service. Food service is available for a variety of event types and groups.

Open-Air Cabins

Sitting by the edge of the lake are simple and rustic open-air cabins. Each cabin provides 14 bunk beds, a fan, electricity, and screened-in windows and doors. Located nearby is the spacious bathhouse. These cabins are perfect for family getaways, scout groups, and youth groups.

Lake AnneLake Anne

Beautiful 30-acre Lake Anne comes alive during the warm months as a place for swimming and a variety of other activities. Throughout the year it’s a peaceful setting for canoeing, fishing, beach volleyball, and quiet reflection.

 

 

 

 

PavillionPavilion

The open-air pavilion creates a great base location for many outdoor events, including family reunions, birthday parties, and youth events. The pavilion is also equipped with lights, making it usable for evening events. Bring a grill (or use ours) and enjoy a day or evening of fun activities!

 

 

 

Utley Horse ArenaUtley Horse Arena

The Utley Horse Arena is the newest addition to our horse facilities. This 37,000-square-foot building, upon completion, will offer a large, lighted indoor arena, trail ride barn, office, tack room, and wash stall. The arena features a 100-by-200-foot riding arena.

In addition to using this building for equine activities, we look forward to employing it for many other events, including group activities and symposia.


 

Pow WowPow Wow

The Pow Wow offers a large space for meetings, worship sessions, and games. Screened windows and a spacious front porch overlooking the lake below give this wooden building a peaceful feel. The interior can be set with tables, chairs, benches, a stage, or any combination of these. It also makes a great open space for gatherings.

The Pow Wow is near the open-air cabins, making it a great option for groups using the cabins.

 

Outdoor ChapelOutdoor Chapel

Come to this place tucked away in the woods and sit on a wooden bench overlooking an old wooden cross and a view of the lake below. This peaceful setting creates an atmosphere of reverence for times of worship, weddings, and other outdoor events.
